Just wanted to say hi because I'm new here. I want to loose about 10 kg / 22 pounds that just seemed to remain stuck on my frame after the birth of my second. Not only am I bigger then my wardrobe allows for, the stomach area didn't use to be so flubby! Anyway, my son is now 11 months old, it'a time to get back in shape.
I bought an elliptical a month ago and am still in the process of building up my time on it. Started at 10 minutes every morning and I'm now up to 25. Hope this website will help in tracking everything to make it possibly for me to actually make a change.
Will have to work on on unneeded guilt though, I may occasionally have a glass of wine and some chips, especially if it fits in my daily calorie allowance ;-)
