5ft 4, 11st, would like to be 10! Help me =D

Hello I'm Hayley, 20 and from the South East of the UK. I'm roughly 11st 5 and I would like to get down to 10! I'm not aiming to be skinny but I would like to be a comfy size 12.

I'm a receptionist so I don't get too much excerise but I do bike up a massive hill to get to work and the journey there and back takes me half an hour so at least I get some excerise most days.

Could really do with meeting some friends on here to help motivate me!

    Hi Hayley, we sound pretty similar - I'm 5ft 3, started at 11st 4 and am down to 10st 2, I'm aiming for 9st as my gold bench mark but I'll be happy anywhere between 9 and 9.5! Feel free to add me if you like :) x
