Sugar from friut

I tend to eat 3 or 4 portions of fruit a day (usually a mix of apples, plums bananas and berries). This has proved really useful because instead of reaching for a chocolate bar or some crisps I now just naturally reach for some fruit. Obviously this has slashed my calorie content and helped me start to lose weight. However my sugar intake is always over my recommended amount. So far I have ignored those annoying little red numbers due to them being natural sugars and better than what I was eating, should I be concerned?

EDIT: I changed my sugar to sodium on my settings to keep track of that instead0 -
No way! You see that results are here, you're loosing weight and your habbits are way better that before!
I have sam problem with sugar and proteins also, but i don't worrie about it, it's not fat or carbsand it's those "good" sugars

I would agree that those are "good" sugars so I don't think there's any need for concern.
I used Google and got several articles, as long as you don't go overboard with the fruit and only eat just fruit you'll be fine.
