Injury? (cue rant)

I'm kind of at my wit's end here... I've had an almost daily pain in my lower left side which extends up into my upper left back and towards the middle of my stomach. I've been to the GP countless times and have had various diagnonses from bladder/kidney infection to now gallstones. Every single test has come back clear and my xrays have come back clear as well. I'm now waiting for a specialist to call about booking me in for a contrast CT scan. It's all just gotten really disheartening especially as I've had this pain since March/April.
I still go to the gym but I've had to switch from my normal workouts (cardio and weight training) to walking and light classes like yoga (though I do still go to Body Pump once a week). I haven't put on weight but I haven't lost any either, so at least I'm maintaining.
It's all just so depressing--not being able to work out like I want/need to, knowing full well that a month from today I'll be on a beach in a bikini that won't look as good as it should have. It's depressing being in pain several hours out of the day, no matter what I do. It's depressing not knowing what's wrong with me.
Ugh. Sorry for the "me me me" rant... I just don't have anyone else to talk to. My hubby doesn't understand, my friends are sympathetic but don't really even ask me how I am anymore because it's been going on so long. It's really just starting to get to me, I guess.

If the GP can't find anything wrong, find a good osteopath.
Osteopaths are amazingly talented at finding the route of pain.0
