"The Blahs"

I have a major case of the blahs today :frown:

I always think about my workout like all day at work and I can't decide what I want to do today. I want to sweat my *kitten* off but I also feel like pushing some weights around. I don't sweat much during my regular weight routine. What can I do in the gym with basic equipment to lift weights and keep sweating? Like a circuit type training, I guess. I'm thinking maybe jumproping in between weight sets?

I wish I could go to the gym now... :cry:

    Do cardio to get warmed up, do weights for about 10 minutes, back to cardio for 10 and bounce between the two.

    Today, I did the elliptical for 30 minutes and then went hard and heavy on the weights for lower body. I sweated the whole time

    Run stairs in between you weight sets, that will kick your heart rate up really fast. Or try jumping jacks, 2 laps around the track, or squat leaps. Have you ever heard of body builders? (squat down, kick feet back(puch up position), do a push up, jump back up to squat position & then back up) 10 of these will make you sweat! Good luck & work out hard tonight!

    I do the firm workouts and its cardio adn weights in one video its great for when you are in moods like this and it kicks *kitten* big time.

    Grab a skip rope and skip for 3 minutes inbetween sets
