What's this Pain?

Ok, I'm getting a weird feeling, tightness, pain (but not sharp) on the back of my leg, just above my ankle and below the major calf muscle.
Any idea what this is? It was so bad after working out last night I could barely walk!

Achilles tendonitis? Stress fracture?
Rest, ice, compression, elevation... and if it keeps hurting, get it checked.0 -

I think it might be achilles tendonitis. Thanks for the idea! I'm going to Google it. I've also started having shin splints recently, so sounds like it could all be related.0
