New here so thought I'd say hello. I've decided that I need to act on my weight as I've put on a lot after an operation and job change the last year or so.

My realistic goal is to get down to 140lbs (10st, half what I was to start with) but I'm hoping to get to 9 which will be better for me on my BMI.

After speaking with my GP to discuss if my body could cope with IF and a month of gradually introducing it I'm now alternate day IFing. I find I sleep better then I ever have with this. I'm also trying to do a minimum of 30 minutes of dancing a day now my body is adjusted. Upping that to an hour a day on feed days.

This will teach me for going from having a very active lifestyle to a very sedentary one and not altering my intake to match.
