Too much fruit sugar

Hi there just a quick question. I've recently had a baby & while i cannot start exercising yet i'm trying to make some positive changes to my diet to try to shift some of the 27lb i've gained. I've got rod of all the biscuits, cakes, chocolate etc from the house & hae stocked the fridge full of fruit & veg. My problem is when i log my food for the day my diary says i'm way over on sugar because of the fruit. Is this a problem? is fruit sugar better than having loads of processed sugar? I'm eating on average 3-4 pieces of fruit each day & my only other sugar seems to be comming from milk & 1 tsp of golden syrup i have in my morning porridge.

Sugar from fruit is nothing to worry about. As long as you are hitting your macro and calories goals, you will see results0

I agree. I don't think anyone ever became obese from eating too many strawberries.
And congrats on your new baby!!0
