Protein Bar Recipe...

Hi there, I've been looking for a good protein bar recipe for sometime now and I've never found one that appears to give me the macros that I'm looking for, along with the ingredients that I have and that is something simple to make.
So taking all of the best bits of recipes I found, I used the MFP recipe tool to make up my very own protein bar. Just looking at the ingredients and instructions to make, do you think it would work? Note, I'm suggesting that these are bars that are chilled/frozen, not cooked, but I don't know if that's a good idea.

Introduction:
Protein bars with high protein content and average to low carb and fat content. Chocolate flavour. 8 Servings. Cost per serving is approximately £0.67p or US$1.05.
Nutritional Values per Recipe (8 Servings):
Calories: 1700
Carbs: 140g
Fat: 28g
Protein: 197g
Sugar: 42g
Fiber: 19g
Nutritional Values per Serving:
Calories: 213
Carbs: 18g
Fat: 4g
Protein: 25g
Sugar: 5g
Fiber: 2g
Ingredients:
Mccann's Oatmeal - Quick & Easy Steel Cut Irish Oatmeal, 1/2 cup or 80g
Myprotein - Chocolate Nut Impact Whey Protein, 240 g
Myprotein - Liquid Egg Whites, 12.5 g
Wiseman - Semi-Skimmed Milk, 330 ml
Superbee - Manuka Honey Active 12+, 2 tablespoon or 30g (optional)
Kellogs All-Bran - Cereal, 50 g (optional)
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl to make a stiff dough.
Press the dough evenly into an 8x8 inch non-stick cake pan.
Refrigerate for 3 - 4 hours to harden and then cut into 8 bars.
Wrap the bars in plastic wrap or cling film and store in a fridge.
