Am I sedentary or lightly active?

I've had my profile set at sedentary, as I work a desk job. However, I'm on the second floor, and I do go up and down multiple times throughout the day. I also don't sit here the entire day...I do a little walking around. I also work out 6-7 days a week. Would this make me sedentary as the majority of my day is still spent sitting, or lightly active because I work out and whatnot?

If you exercise regularly, you can put lightly active. I have a desk job too, but I swim 3-4 times a week.0

Most people put sedentary and just log their exercise. I think it works best when losing weight.
Because if you put lightly active because of your exercise AND you log your exercise and eat some of those calories, you're eating too much.0
