Hi..I joined last week, I had got down a few pounds while my Husband was traveling.He came back Sat & I find myself up those few pounds ::sad: Do I get the "BLAME THE HUSBAND PASS?" okay all jokes aside! I have been trying to cook healthier options..It's like phases for me..I do..then I slip..The same with exercise...I'M TRYING! I do good a week then I play the "Slippy Game ..yet again! Over this past month I have seen a lil' progress in my clothes..not enough to open any champagne just yet..But keeping the faith I'M GOING TO GET THERE!!!!
