Some lines have more than one state. There are 50 states and the District of Columbia, even though there are only 40 some lines.

BMI is a useless calculation. It is over 100 years old and just isn't a practical way of measuring. The best way is BF %'s

Given example of why it is useless. I was 200-205 in the Army with a BF of 15-17% If you use my height of 5'7" and calculate my BMI it would put me in the obesity range.

Just saying  Please don't hurt me

    And I agree.

Both are 100% important; BMI even more so as it can more or less detect your chances of getting a fever i.e

Just saying  Please don't hurt me

If everyone in the world had the same BMI as you, it would add 107,607,721 tonnes to the total weight of the world's population.

    Calm down BBC! :P

I did that BBC site ages ago when I first started losing weight. The progress I've made from where I started to where I am now never fails to make me happy.

On the BMI list, I wonder why CT is so far removed from the rest of the surrounding states (NY, RI, MA). Curious.
