Favourite things to make in slow cooker?

Hi, i've just discovered the beauty (and convenience) of a slow cooker and would love it if you could share some great healthy dishes that I can make in it :) Thanks!

    Chicken breast
    Black beans
    Salsa
    Season to taste I like Cumin, chili powder, garlic, salt and pepper
    cream cheese 1/3 reduced fat last 1/2 hour of cooking

    note: if you have time to brown off the chicken, do =) otherwise just throw it all together and will be done when you get off work

    I just bought one for the first time a few weeks ago and I absolutely love it. I make meals in it every few days and it usually lasts me for 3-4 days (usually eat one meal out of it per day) and it's delicious and healthy. I don't have any strict recipes because I just like to make up my own concoctions, but my favorite meal so far might be mixing chicken, broccoli, onions, a little bit of rice or pasta, cheese, and whatever other seasonings or peppers I want to throw in there as well. It's so easy and delicious.

    This one is so good! I also make a lot of soups. Chicken enchilada. Chili. Baked potato soup. Beef stew. Chicken and veggies. Wings. You can make any of your favorite dishes and tweak it to be more healthy.

    I take a whole chicken and put a halved orange or lemon inside along with sprigs of rosemary and thyme. Put it in the crockpot and sprinkle with chopped onions, garlic, and some greek seasoning or Tony Chachere's. I surround it with chunks of carrots, parsnips, brussel sprouts, mushrooms, peppers, white potatoes, sweet potatoes, in whatever combination I happen to have.

    6 hours later, I have a fall-apart tender, juicy chicken with perfectly cooked vegetables. Usually makes 2 meals for my family of 4.

    country style pork ribs
    chopped bell pepper
    chopped onion
    chopped garlic
    mustard
    vinegar
    reduced sugar ketchup
    spices to taste

    or you can use BBQ sauce, but i prefer homemade, less carbs =]
    the peppers give it an awesome taste though, don't leave them out.

    I use my all the time, I do a big batch of veg different meat depending what I fancy and either italian with tomato sauce herbs pesto etc or curry with the spices or beef stew and today gammon they last around 4 days each batch . I have made a fish one with Chinese veg and spices in fact there are so many ways to do the most fantastic meals.
