    glad i ran this morning....and i'll do it again tomorrow...it really only takes one step to get started - the first one out the door...i truly wish all those people that think, "i just can't do it", would stop doubting themselves and JUST DO IT....

    OMG. I am still wiping the tears from my eyes. That was beautiful and so inspiring. I saved it to pull up when I need that extra kick in the butt on my exercise.
