Changing my way of thinking.....

Two things I am trying to keep reminding myself of:
1. I need to eat food for FUEL and not for enjoyment
2. Every meal that I eat that I shouldn't or every day that I don't stay on track - is one more day longer that it will take me to reach my goal weight! If I can keep reminding myself of that before I eat something I shouldn't, or just eating TOO MUCH of something I like (that I don't want to deprive myself of), hopefully I will start to make lifestyle changes in my decisions. The weight comes off slow as it is - so why should I delay the process even longer!
I hope this way of thinking will continue to be in my thoughts, and I hope it can encourage someone else as well!
