Bad weekend

Well, I bombed it this weekend :explode: ! But I'm back on track today. This will be a good week! :happy:

    i had my birthday and so I did real bad, ate junk food, cake etc. but I'm back. Let's do this!
  • my son was gone this weekend, so my girls came over and we had a huge party. i drank a lot and have cake.

    I checked in this morning and I am at the same weight and measurements as last week...such a bummer.

    but i am back and have recruited one of my girls to become another workout buddy.

    I don't know what happened to me. I completely lost it this weekend. Went out for pasta and ate a bunch of leftover Halloween candy. Oh, and like 6 pumpkin chocolate chip cookies. Not cool.

    I'm off the wagon and can't seem to get back on with all the fall food around.
    I'm right there with you eating homemade rolls and pumpkin chocolate chip cookies...

    Sometimes the best thing to reinforce good behaviour is a weekend of bad behaviour! :wink: It just makes you realize how much better it feels physically and mentally to eat well and take care of yourself.
  • My problem when I go off is I REALLY go off. I haven't so far this time around, but in the past I developed really bad habits. I would be extremely strict when I was on point, but completely careless when I wasn't. The best thing to do is accept that you've made some poor choices, but not go overboard. Anyways, just focus on the week ahead and think about the fact that you will burn those calories off anyway :wink:

    Never feel bad about eating Pasta! Pasta is a great source of carbohydrates...just try whole grain pasta instead of the white pasta.

    The cookies on the other hand...I feel you there because I had three pieces of cake within 30 minutes and it just made my belly ache. I didn't feel very good. :sick: I guess that's how I learned MY lesson. :laugh:

    I have so many bad weekends and now I have company so I have been really bad...Back on track today hope it sticks:noway:
