Egg substitute = question

If I make an omlet with most of the 1st 1/4 cup egg substitute and the rest of it and an additional 1/4 cup egg whites susbtitute...

How do I enter this in my food diary?

also Sargetos Shredded mexican cheese 2 tbsp
and 1/2 a green onion

I didn't know and it was big so I cut it in 1/2
