Hamburger meat question

Okay. Hamburger meat comes in different ratios in regards to how much is fat and how much is meat. Well, I have a george foreman grill. It takes off alot of fat (its kind of gross looking at, know that would have gone in my stomach!!) While it really isn't a big deal, just curious. Since I bought the 73/27 ratio. Which is on the higher side as far as fat content. Should I enter it as that or one with a lower fat content since so much had drained off?
Thankks all! :drinker:

I would enter it as is. Just because the grill may take off some fat doesn't mean it will take off enough and you wouldn't know how much to decrease your entry. I always say I would rather overestimate than underestimate. Hope this helps.0

I am very interested to know this as well. When I brown hamburger meat, I drain all the fat off. I know there's still some in there, but it can't be 80:20 like when I first bought it. Hope someone can answer this question!0
