Lose 10 lbs in 5 weeks Challenge!

Hi everyone, I'm starting a new group for people like me who want to lose 10 lbs or use this as a starting point to lose more. I have trouble doing this on my own and I know that with the support and motivation from others on the same journey will really help us all succeed.
I would like to start tomorrow, Thursday 16th August. The challenge involves eating within your calorie limit and doing at least 35 mins of exercise per day. We will record our losses together until the end of the 5 weeks.
