I thought i was doing good... and then i realized

I thought that i was doing good and then i just looked at my reports. I have gained 10lbs back this year! Granted i have still kept off 8 but still now i am feeling down.

I got a job when i couldn't be on the computer all day and so i stopped keeping track of everything and that is when it started.

I think i just need to get back on track and start using the website again. It's just so hard...

    If those are current pictures.... I'd have to say you are rockin!

    You're doing really well with keeping weight off, that's the hardest part of any weight loss. You'll get motivated before you know it and you'll be rockin that 10lbs away!

    Considering that you cannot be at the computer all the time now due to work, maybe you could set up weekly meal plans and use those to organize your meals. Try not to get down about it, good luck.
