Thanks to all the great feedback from my previous post, I thought I'd provide a cleaned up version of the Taco Bake recipe.

Here's the original recipe if you're interested: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/703511-taco-bake-a-clean-eating-recipe

Taco Bake (Cleaned Up)

Ingredients
7 oz. Whole Wheat/Grain Rotini (1/2 the box)
1lb Ground Turkey
Taco Seasoning (see ingredients below)
2/3 cup Water
¾ cup Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
1 ½ cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Salsa (I like using the Archer Farms organic salsa but if you have homemade salsa that's better and less sodium)

Taco Seasoning Ingredients
1 tablespoon chili powder (you can buy hot chili powder if you want it spicy)
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon black pepper

Directions
1. HEAT oven to 400°F.

2. PREPARE pasta as directed on package. While pasta is cooking, cook meat with taco seasoning and 2/3 cup of water.

3. STIR greek yogurt into the cooked pasta; spoon half the pasta mix into 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top with layers of meat mixture, 1 cup shredded cheese and remaining pasta mix; cover.

4. BAKE 15 min.; top with salsa and remaining shredded cheese. Bake, uncovered, 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
