    Good stuff, I agree that if I am running outside, gota have my tunes on, but if i am on the treadmill, I like have the TV on while I run. What kind of music do you prefer to listen to? Me, I have to have rock, preferably alternative rock. I prefer to back to the 90's when i listen but I dip into this millenium. Music just isnt the same it used to be!
