Something that's helping me (planning my meals)...

In the last week or so, I've found that if I sit with my "MyFitnessPal" app and fill out what I plan to eat for the day, it makes it MUCH easier for me not to overeat.
For example, I've planned out my day already, and someone in the office just came along and told me there are sandwiches in the break room. Normally I'd hurry over and grab one, whether I had room (calorie-wise) or not.
This time I didn't.
It would have been too much trouble to re-type all the stuff I just did in my app. I had set up a nice balance of roughly 40% carbs, 30% fat, and 30% protein. Eating that sandwich would've messed it all up.
Keep in mind, I love stats and numbers, and I can't lose weight unless I count calories, so your mileage may vary

I've actually been having Green Tea as well. Although I've noticed some acid reflux symptoms. Might just be me getting over my cold, but I've taken a break from it just in case.0 -

You can drink too much green tea, I seem to remember being told that to get the best nutritional benefit of green tea that you only have three cups per day. Unfortunately cant remember if it is before, during or after a meal.......0 -
:flowerforyou: I have a three week plan for lunch and dinner. I find that this keeps me on the straight and narrow. I also have a quick list of breakfast things so i can choose a healthy option without having to think too much. I only joined last week, so I have a long way to go.0
