Any microwave cake/brownie recipes using hot cocoa mix?

My mom just gave me a huge bunch of Safeway hot cocoa mix packets (the 25cal and 60cal versions) and I was wondering if there were any low calorie microwave cake/brownie recipes I could use with them. Any help and recipes are appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Use them in place of sugar+cocoa in the recipe
Or this.

Microwave mug cake:
Asda - Smart Price - Self Raising Flour, (7 g)
Tate and Lyle - White Granulated Sugar, 2 tsp (7g)
Cocoa - Dry powder, unsweetened, 1 tbsp (7g)
Salt - Pinch, 1 gram
Asda - Skimmed Milk (Red Top), 30 ml
Mix all the dry ingrediants, add milk, mix thoroughly till all lumps gone. Place in microwave and microwave for between 30-60 seconds. Keep an eye on it, its only a few seconds between lovely cake and rubber
I made it about 80 cals using the above, but if you're using hot choc mixes, use those cal values for the cocoa and probably reduce the added sugar.0 -
I always use this recipe, it's amazing! It's 140 calories without oil (more if you use it, but I leave it out and it still tastes great although it's always a bit denser): http://chocolatecoveredkatie.com/2011/11/06/one-minute-chocolate-cake/comment-page-2/#comment-4508400

I'm only doing it from top of my head:
Assuming that a packet of hot cocoa is about 2 TBSP:
1 packet of hot cocoa
2 TBSP of wheat flour or equivalent
Pinch of baking soda
Pinch of salt
2 TBSP of vanilla greek yogurt
Mix it all together in a microwave safe bowl or mug. Pop into the microwave for a minute. Check on it -- it might be cooked through and maybe a little "damp" in the middle. If you want to cook it more do it at 10 second intervals.
Let us know how it turns out. I'd try but I don't have hot cocoa mix.0 -
