Hi!
Having a sweet tooth goes back centuries and is key in the survival of human kind.
The cavemen didn't have sweets, however, they craved fruit.
Your body lies to you by being like "Chocolate is what I need" when actually "A nice sweet and juicy apple is what I need" is what is actually happening.
Try being more open minded and trying foods you wouldn't usually try! Counting your calories will help you lose weight.
