Finally starting my work out program tomorrow. Going to reduce my online time so I can make time to workout.Will keep you folks updated. I'm a 44 year old guy 5' 11 3/4 " tall . weigh 340 pounds. My goal is to get down to under 200 pounds for the first time in over 20 years. Tired of being the big guy and having to buy clothes at specialty shops. I want to be in lean athletic shape so I have tons of energy and can do things like Warrior Dash and Tough Mudder

Why not start it today? I have always failed when I say "I'll run tomorrow" or "I'll start tomorrow" If I say "I need to run today" I actually get out and do it. Best of luck!0
