    Wow..Dutch man...you sure have an inspirational story to tell...you should be very very proud of pulling yourself up and making changes in your life. You've learned that if you want to change you are responsible for doing what you have to . Now please remember that it's only been a little time since you stopped all the bad stuff...your body is going thru a lot of change....and it takes awhile to adapt to that change...hang in there...you have friends here to help you...you are doing the right things.....Good Luck to you
