I'm wondering what other people have found to be low in calories yet filling at the same time

    lol yeah usually, I just need something not deep or intellectual right now...I'm working on a paper for grad school and this is my break from writing.

  • Hello!! I like things high in protein, they keep me satisfied longer. Like overnight oatmeal, or greek yogurt with berries on a waffle. I am a snacker so I eat low calorie popcorn on and off to help me not pick at other stuff. Protein shake is always good to keep me going and sometimes I have it with non fat milk if I am real hungry, I also put a bit of sugarless chocolate syrup in it. Try to eat protein with each meal and eat protein first.

    Protein powder, whole grain toast, chicken, beans, and my Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal
