Help With How Many Calories I Should Be Eating!

OK so this is my first post on the site and I'm hoping somebody out there can shed some light. I am 19 years old, 5'8, 150 lbs, and around 9.5% bf (according to a site I used). I currently do an hour of fasted cardio in the morning (600-800 cals burned according to my hrm), Insanity month 2 session in the afternoon (800-1000 cals burned also according to hrm), and 45 min of weight lifting at night (estimated 300-450 cals burned). Yes I know that is an insane amount of exercise haha but I've been doing it for a while and know how to avoid injury. Im currently eating between 2000-2300 calories today (good healthy foods of course) since I am trying to cut (and I've heard hrm's can overestimate cals burned a little). I just want to make sure that is not too little and that I'm not in starvation mode. Thank you to anyone who can help me out.
