It is so difficult to finish my weight loss journey after 4 years! out of the past 80 lbs that i have lost i need to still lose that last 10!!! thats ALL 10! why is it so difficult now!?

I need some motivation to really kick my butt into gear!

    Im told that my body is keen to keep that extra 10lbs in case i get hurt or pregnant or theres a famine .
    Listen up body - you cannot have them! We'll be just fine without them!
