I have made a new account, and deleted my last as I felt uncomfortable in it.

If you suffer or have suffered with Bulimia or BED and are eating a healthy, above 1200 calorie per day diet, please can you add me for some mutual encouragement/support. I prefer few friends who share similar issues to myself and thus understand what it feels like when you have binged after a good week, but who are trying hard to find a healthy way of living and getting past their eating issues. (I eat over 1500 calories, usually over 1800 with exercise). Thanks.

I am not really help as of yet, not professionally, but give me a year, I'm majoring in psychology with a focus on eating disorders. (=

Also, I'm a current/past sufferer of the same thing.

Friend me if you'd like. (=

Got quite an interest in psychology myself, but sadly, having an interest and the knowledge doesn't always help you to help yourself very quickly, lol.

It sounds like you are eating a reasonable amount of food so that is good. I hope you are trying to eat as clean as possible as well.

I had what I'd class as mild bullimia about 30 years ago. I don't really know what stopped me from doing it so not much help there but I do remember becoming very concerned and thinking it can't continue. The thought hasn't crossed my mind since except for a brief moment one day earlier in the year after giving up another addiction but I quickly put a stop to that!

Healthy choices are the way to go. Maybe I can help a little... not sure but feel free to add me if you want.

I eat mostly clean the rest of the time, usually with 1 treat a day at the suggestion of my trainer, to help. I eat loads of vegetables, fish and some fruits, plus eggs and dairy. Even when I have binged, I still have an evening meal to make sure I get in the nutrients.
