Constantly exhausted!

Hello,
I am a 21 yr old male, 5'7, 392lbs. I have been dieting a few months (14lbs down!) eating much less calories I used to (aiming for 2800cals a day, generally managing or under, about from the odd day of major falling off the wagon!).I don't feel able to do much exercise yet, I am not physically upto it. But I have been doing short walks and swims.

The problem is a feel soooo exhausted!! Like just so drained everyday, like tired like i could sleep, and also worn out in my body. Does anyone know this feeling? Do you think it is to do with my diet/exercise or do you think it is like a weight thing,like it is catching up with me? Thanks
