Hi, new here

I'm a 40 year old mom of 3. I've always tried to eat well but have been seriously lazy with exercise. Two weeks ago I joined a gym and have tweaked my diet. So far I've lost 3 lbs. I've got 22 to go to be at a good healthy weight. My sister in law
got me up off my butt when she joined the gym and decided to lose 100 lbs. she's definately inspiring. I look forward to reaching my goal of being healthier as well as seeing her progress and increased self esteem.


Anyway, wanted to introduce myself and say hi to everyone.
