Help w/ F2f Recommended Calories

Hi all. I just wanted to see if I'm correctly interpreting F2f's recommended calories. I calculated my body fat % and inputted everything into the BMR calculator, and I'm absolutely shocked by how many calories they say I should be eating. My results:
Sedentary (little or no exercise, desk job) 1758
Lightly Active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/wk) 2014
Moderately Active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/wk) 2271
Very Active (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days/wk) 2527
Extremely Active (hard daily exercise/sports & physical job or 2X day training, i.e marathon, contest etc.) 2784
To lose 1 lb/wk as a moderately active person, MFP recommended that I eat 1680 calories a day. 500 cals LESS than F2f recommends. (I understand there's no calorie eat-back with F2f).
I've been on MFP for two months @ ~1600 cals/day, and I have not lost. I run, lift, and swim. I'm also a student, so I walk about an hour a day too. I've been overweight my whole life, even as an elite swimmer - I spent four hours a day working out - and I know I never ate at the extremely active caloric level. Is it possible that I'm inadvertently starving myself?
Thanks for the help!
