I'm a small framed person and the goal is 10 pounds loss. It might not sound like much, but the doc is insisting because my blood work numbers show high cholesterol and high triglycerides. So, I'm focusing more on vegetables, reducing fat content and drinking more water.
Once I've lost about half my goal the rest is much much hard. Last year I tried this (another app) and the same thing happened. Then the weight just piled back on so I don't want to boomerang again. I'm starting to feel that same discouragement as I put a pound back on. Suggestions?
