i was wondering if any one has any good excercises or tips for getting rid of thigh flab without creating muscle in your legs?? My thighs are already more muscular than i'd like them to be and i just want to get rid of the flab

haven't tried this yet but came across it last night and it looked interesting.0 -
Unfortunately, there is no way to target any specific area of your body when you are trying to burn fat! However, any exercise that burns calories will help you lose weight and lower your over all body fat percentage. So, basically running or any other cardio/aerobic workout should help. I would personally recommend swimming, since it builds lean muscle while burning calories. Hope this helps answer your question!0
