So with eating 3 snacks a day I am getting very tired eating the same foods over and over again and wanted to get some new ideas that are healthy and at the same time easy to make and take to work. Suggestions ???
Here is what I've been eating for snacks, I try to make sure they are less then 200 cal.
1) Cottage cheese with cinnamon & honey or almonds (10 only )
2) Greek yogurt with fruit (mostly barriers )
3) Chicken (a small piece) with 1 slice of whole wheat bread
4) Dried Fruit & Almond
5) Veggies
6) Kashi bar -Almond
7) 1 Egg

Jamba juice has a killer frozen yogurt bar. Celery and peanut butter plus the celery is a dieretic. Dark chocolate!0

I eat a ton of fruit. Cucumbers are also a really (althought surprising) filler. Most days I'll eat an apple and a handful of raw nuts or organic peanut butter. Also, if I feel like I need more "substance" I have some pretty yummy rice cakes that have seaweed and tamarind that are tasty and filling. I also try to keep hummus at work so whatever veggies or crackers I have I have something extra if I need it.0
