    How is your front squat lower? O.o

    No offense but do you know what a front squat is. I give anyone that can squat front and back the same high props. Generally front squat is lower than a normal squat. Usually by a good margin.

    Girls really shouldnt lift more than 2lbs weights. They end up way too big and bulky. Dont cha know?!

    I have not either. I would think it's a given that you can squat more with the bar on your back vs. the front.

    I am a lifter too. But, only because my son plays rugby, and wants to lift, lift, lift. He makes me accompany him. But I am really just a tennis player and a runner.
