I apologise in advance for this. It's not too late to click away. I'll try not to be too TMI.

Has anybody else found that now that they're restricting their calories they hardly ever need to 'go'? I've gone from being a once a day person to maybe once every 5 days (I really can't apologise enough for typing that :laugh: ). Is it just me?

I drink loads of water and take regular exercise. I am under a hell of a lot of stress so I realise it could be that rather than my diet. What I eat hasn't really changed since I've been on a diet- only the amount has, and I don't have snacks any more.

Any insights? Just me? Sorry!
