Hello all, my friend convinced me to give this a go. I am trying to get down to 10% body fat so that i can gain some body confidence. this site seems amazingly friendly so if you want to pop by and say hello/ help encourage me then it'd be massively appreciated.

I exercise every other day, mainly weights but my diet has always been my downfall, carb heavy and full of fattening sugary treats. im hoping things will improve with public ridicule/banter.
