exercise modifications

I recently hurt my wrist.. no idea how. until i can find out what the prob is, i can't put too much pressure on it... want to start strength training, so pls give me ideas on what i can do that wont put strain on my wrist.. thanks a bunch! :flowerforyou:

    Kind of an open-ended question. You can do anything that doesn't put stress on your wrist, which will be primarily lower-body exercises.
