New to the board!

Hello everyone!
I'm new to the board!

I joined because I graduated college 2 years ago and needed to lose all that college weight (about 20 lbs worth!)...I did well for a while bc I was so busy with work and my new life but now I have found myself down that same path...back at my same college weight!

I know a lot of it is because of stress and going out to eat with friends and such so I have recently decided I need to regain control and start watching what I am doing! I rejoined my gym and am making sure that I go, no matter how tired I am.

I hope to see progress soon...fingers crossed!
