Food & Exercise question!

So I'm 9 weeks in and Yes I have lost 20lbs and am proud of my loss so far, but after I log my food it says "in 5 weeks you will weigh ...." Well I do eat the same most days and never go over but I'm no where near the weight MFP says??? What could I do???

I'm confused about the question. Are you updating your weight and recalculating your daily goals when you drop 6-8 pounds? You will have new goals since you have less weight.
I guess I'm still not clear about what you are asking0 -
I wouldn't pay attention to it.
Ask yourself:
Are you happy with your current rate of weight loss?
Do you feel good (physicailly)?
if both of those questions are positive, then don't worry about how much MFP says you should weigh in 5 weeks. Weight loss rarely ends up be a completely linear process.0
