Hey Everyone, I'm Heather, a 29 year old mom. I am determined to reach my weight loss goals (20 lbs) and getting in shape. I am using the Body By Vi 90 Day Challenge as a fitness tool to help me (I drink a shake a day) I love how MFP helps keep track of calories and exercise, helps me to be accountable.
So, my main goals are losing weight and to run 5k on a regular basis.
