I used to be 155lbs, i am now 124lbs. I lost the weight because i met a guy who helped me by going to the gym and trainning me, That guy is now my boyfriend of 1 year. Our life was the gym, we would go every single day for about 2-3 hours and i loved it!! It was easy for me to go and want to is because people made fun of me and my weight.. so it motavated me. Than after a while we slowed down than eventually just stopped. I think its because i seen that i lost alot of weight and i already felt good about myself that i just lost the motavation. Now its been about 4 months and i cant find the energy to get back in or to even get up to do a workout. I used to be so motavated and energized... now i just feel tired and weak! I want to get back in it so bad... I dont know where to find the motavation.

Hello Cbaby90, my only suggestion would be to change up your eating habits if it is bad ofcourse and just start up slowly like walk an extra 30 minutes a day even walking in place, like Leslie Sansone and her DVD's one mile walk all the way up to 5 miles it's all up to you. MFP is the best starting place & all the way to the end & possibly beyond. Good Luck to you in your fitness goals.

Does your boyfriend feel the same way (unmotivated)? I found I did the same thing. I got to my goal weight, slacked off and started eating bad again. Well, the pounds I lost came back! I was so mad! I worked so hard to get to my goal and I just let it slip away. It took a few months to come back on and I was still working out during that time period, just not as hard and definitely not watching what I ate. My workout partner had alot going on during the summer so I had no one to motivate me. I HATE going by myself. With her depending on me before I never slacked. Maybe your boyfriend can motivate you again. Talk you into going to the gym instead of out to eat or something. Maybe go on daily walks/runs together and catch up on each others day. If he can't go with you maybe you should get one of your friends to go, one that will hold you accountable and will not take any lame excuses as to why you can't go/workout. I know when I have someone counting on me, I NEVER skip!

Now that my friend is back to our routine, I haven't skipped yet. I am also back to watching what I eat. Now hopefully I can get back to my goal weight before Christmas!

Good luck! You can do it!
