Pre and post Insanity Tips?

My boyfriend and I are going to start Insanity soon and I was just wondering what some tips are for a pre workout and post workout fuel and recovery. I have been pretty active the last few months but my boyfriend has been pretty sedentary. We are both in our early 20s.

    Its not for beginners! It is exactly has its called "Insanity" month one the dvds are anywhere from 30-50 min. Its hardcore from start to finish, month two the workouts are longer 50-60 min.. I would suggest to take breaks when you feel you need too remember endurance is built throughout the program. Don't rush any steps and make sure your form is perfect! Don't feel the need to keep up with the people on the DVD and drink plenty of water! Its fun and super hard but if you stick with clean eating and stay on top of the program you will def reap amazing results! Good luck and dig deep!
