I have found myself as of recent having as much as 200-300 or so calories left over at the end of the day. I realize this is good for the most part but I'm over in EVERYTHING else. I have too many sugars, protein, and fat..I'm not worried about the protein because I've been strength training and wouldn't mind gaining muscle mass.

I'm wondering what to change, if anything. I'm also curious what I can eat that contains calories but virtually no fat or sugars.

  • Look for whole grains, anything sugar free, fruits, lots of veggies, lean meats, beans, drink lots of water and follow portion sizes and you should be good to go.

I eat a lot of chicken breast, skinless and boneless. I eat it when it's marinated in like lemon or pineapple and a little olive oil. It tastes good, you get very liitle sugars and fats, but tons of protein. I also eat a lot of egg whites and turkey. Although low in calories, they give you almost no fats and lots of protein. Yummy! I hope it helps a little bit!
