How to add calories when lifting weights

Just wondering if anyone has any information on how many calories you can add to your caloric intake when you lift weights? When you do cardio and post it you get to add calories to your day...but how do you figure out caloric intake for lifting days? I am alotted 1200 calories a day as it is.

there is a strength training option under the cardio category....you can log it through there0 -
