vitamins

hello everyone , i have not been doing to good the last month or so with my fitness, i have no energy and craving bad food like salts and sweets all the time , so today i did a search and dr oz has a post that says i have a adrinal defficancy and to take vitaman c and ginsing with atleast 70 grams of protine a day to correct it , has anyone had these issues or do u have any advice , other vitamans i should be takeing?

    It's better to get your vitamins from food as opposed to pills. If you need vitamin C, eat a lot of raw, unprocessed fruits and vegetables. If you need a lot, really quickly, to correct a deficiency, a supplement might work temporarily, but no supplement is a sustainable way to good health. It's best to get in the habit of eating high-nutrient foods, so you don't wind up in this situation again.
