Hello All.

I have recently quit smoking after 14 years and joined a gym. I came here to this site to track my progress and hopefully keep me motivated. I also thought since i have quit smoking and now have been successful for about 50 days and counting.. .. getting exercise is something i should start in replace of, since i have never really been overly active.... here's to my attempt! :)

How is everyone else finding this site?

Any tips on how to stay motivated to get to the gym?

regards,
Lauren

Hello Lauren & welcome. A big congratulations to quitting cigarettes after such a long time that's just awesome. Lauren you do not have to go to the gym to get a workout you can buy a DVD single or system & workout at home when you can't get to the gym, or even use it exclusively. Then again you can do your own workout with plain old calisthenics sit ups, push ups, walking, lunges etc. Good Luck Lauren.
